Return and Exchange Policy
At Delta Imports, your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we strictly follow the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) to ensure you have a safe and hassle-free shopping experience. Below, we explain how our return and exchange policies work:
According to Article 49 of the CDC, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days, starting from the date of product receipt. To request a return:
The product must be in the same condition as it was sent, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Contact us via the email or WhatsApp provided on the website to initiate the return process.
We will provide instructions for sending the product back.
Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days.
If the product has manufacturing defects, quality issues, or if there is an error in the shipment (incorrect product or size), you are entitled to an exchange or return, as per Article 18 of the CDC.
Conditions:
The deadline to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

We will provide a postage code for sending the product back at no cost to you.
Options:
Exchange: We will send a new product, subject to stock availability.
Refund: If you prefer, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Customized products (such as jerseys with names or numbers) are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of defects or errors on the part of Delta Imports.
Return for withdrawal: The shipping costs for returning the product to Delta Imports will be the customer's responsibility.
Return for defects or order errors: We will cover the shipping costs for returning the product and resending a new product, if necessary.
According to Article 18 of the CDC, we have up to 30 calendar days to resolve your exchange or return request, counted from the date the product is received at our facility.

In case of a return, the product will be inspected by our team. If it does not comply with the conditions described above, it will be returned to the customer, without the right to a refund or exchange.
